About Me

Being born and raised in the Middle East to Polish parents and moving to the United Kingdom to learn and develop has been a lesson in culture and interpersonal skills that no schooling can compete with. My formal education in the field include a Level 2 Diploma in Gym Instructing and a Level 3 Diploma in Personal Training from the prestigious YMCAfit Institute which is the UK's oldest and leading fitness industry training provider, dating back to 1844.

Whether you're looking for some oversight and guidance at the beginning of your fitness journey or are looking to sharpen your already experienced and detailed regimen, I've got you covered.

If you are looking for a personal approach to your fitness journey I will create a perfectly tailored bespoke regimen that focuses on your specific goals, takes your personal preferences into account and  is structured around your preferred timings.

PERSONAL TRAINING

One on one training can be a bit too intense for some. Why not dip your toes into fitness with your friends or family, making the sessions more dynamic fun and engaging as I create workouts designed to push you to the limit using some of that competitive drive in you.

As a personal trainer, it is my responsibility to bring you to your full potential. In general, this involves a detailed and complete plan that will improve all below mentioned aspects of fitness respectively. However, I do offer classes and plans that are specifically focused around these individual aspects

Strength - For people who just want to lift heavy things and put them down.

Cardio Fitness - The right place for endurance enthusiasts that enjoy the gruelling climb to cardio-                               vascular health and improved performance

Cardio Boxing - Apart from being creative and fun, hitting pads with your fists also has                                       a tremendous stress relief effect.
